1. Prepare Facilitators can do the following once they are logged into their account:
Change partner's name
Reset responses for one or both partners
Reset the couple to new (delete the couple's customizations, not the facilitator's)
Move couple to another facilitator's account
Delete the couple and return the credit
2. The facilitator has the option to delete a couple from the system if they have not done the assessment unless the couple has paid for the scoring, then they would have to contact the USA HQ
3. Please use the HELP button on the Customized Program to send an email to the webmaster if you need something to be adjusted for your couple.
4. If couples feedback to you that they did not receive their login code, please ask them to check their spam inbox. Facilitators should also carefully brief the couples on the procedure of taking the assessment and provide them with the login code. Facilitators should also check their spam inbox in case the email notice that the couple had completed the assessment was directed there, in which case, please add the PE address to your Inbox.
5. It is possible for one partner to take the assessment in English while the other partner take it in Chinese. There will be an option to print the reports in Chinese as well as in English.
6. The Parenting Version is best used used with any committed couple whose primary concerns are their children and parenting issues. If a couple has children, it does not mean that they need to take the Parenting Version. Consider the reason the couple is seeking professional guidance - relationship concerns as a whole or specifically parenting concerns?
